Every year, George Lucas teams up with Make-A-Wish Foundation to raise money for children with cancer. Last year, Cory helped his friend Kyle make a Han Solo in Carbonite Mighty Mugg. This year, the challenge was to transform a Stormtropper helmet. Cory went solo this time and made his Stormtropper helmet with Mickey Mouse ears.
The blank helmet they received to make their creation was cast from the original Stormtropper Helmet made for the movie. Cory said it's amazing how imperfect it was, but it was 1977!
Cory's helmet sold at auction for $1000! YAH! Overall, they raised more than 50K for Make A Wish! What a good cause!
Nice touch! It's not a Mickey Mouse hat without your name embroidered on the back!

Here is his helmet on display with all the other finished helmets and holy crap! That's George Lucas himself! He just finished looking at Cory's helmet!

Wasn't TK-421 Killed by Hans Solo? That's twisted!
Surely TK-421 brought the value to that helmut. Afterall he was the Mickey Mouse of Storm-Troopers.
